La Casetta Residence
The La Casetta Residence, with its terraced villas designed to look like an old Tuscan village, has 58 comfortable, independent apartments of various sizes suitable to accommodate 2-6 people.
The large, verdant grounds of the La Casetta Residence are always perfectly maintained and our colourful gardens with roses and oleanders are surrounded by lush Holme Oaks and olive groves. A peaceful oasis in which you can relax outside during the spring and autumn, but also enjoy the summer months too. The bars in the swimming pool areas and our restaurant and pizzeria serving typical Tuscan fare, the full range of facilities and professional hospitality make La Casetta the ideal choice for even the most demanding of guests.
Studio Apartments 2
Our studio apartments, for 2 people, have two beds separate from the lounge with sofa, a bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and small terrace.
Apartments Type A3
Our A3 two-roomed apartments can accommodate up to 3 people and have a double room, lounge with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace.
Apartments Type A4
Our A4 apartments can accommodate 4 people and have a bedroom with double bed and bunks, lounge with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and 1 or two balconies and/or a terrace.
Apartments Type B4
Our B4 apartments are just like the A4 apartments for 4 people but come with the benefit of a sea view.
Apartments Type B5
Our B5 apartments can accommodate 5 people and have 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one for children, with bunk beds – as well as a bathroom with shower, lounge with sofa bed or two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and balcony or terrace. Some also have a sea view.
